Poland-Italy-France Krav Maga Triangular Tournament
In Poznan, Poland, Robert Budny, president of AWF Poznan Akademia Wychowania, organised the fifth international championship.
Three countries: Poland, France and Italy.
Apart from a few questionable judgements, which were also shared by them during the debriefing,
the competition took place quickly and correctly. Excellent organisation, good prizes, beautiful venue. Friendly atmosphere among all participants.
We showed up with a team of 11 athletes from IKMI Florence, IKMI
Lombardy and US ACLI.
The TKM competition, now well established, allowed us to take home three second places and one fourth place.
The Free Fight competition, whose format I found more convincing than the last one held in France, allowed us to take home one second place and two fourth places.
While we are now recognised as a team to beat in the TKM discipline, in the
free fight discipline we still need to consolidate our experience and our
preparation.
